What flavour ice-cream

We will be doing vanilla ice-cream but with chocolate chips inside the ice cream. When we get the class to taste the ice-cream we might put the ice-cream in mini cups if they do want to taste the ice-cream and put some chocolate sauce on the ice-cream (optional). We were thinking we were going to make to make two lots!

What we will need in bag 2 Super Freezer:

21/1 Pounds of Ice
11/2 pounds of salt

What will we need in Bag 1Ice Cream Ingredients.

• 1 cup of Heavy Cream
• 1/2 of whole milk
• 1/3 of a cup of sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence
• 3/4 of a bag of choc chips
• Chocolate sauce
